Beautifully decorated two-bedroom, two-bathroom walk-in condo on the golf course in the gated Pointe Royale community. Walk out to the #10 tee watch the golfers on the course. Enjoy tennis, indoor & outdoor pools, a hot tub, and a fitness center. The condo is within walking distance of Lake Taneycomo where you can bring your fly fishing gear. Close to Branson shows, theaters, and shopping. We allow up to two dogs with approval.

A stay at our updated walk-in condo (only three steps total along walk way) in the wonderful gated resort community of Pointe Royale will be a hit for your next vacation! We provide all of the comforts of home so you can relax and unwind after a fun-filled day in Branson. Relax with a cup of morning coffee on your back porch and enjoy the golf course views. An outfitted kitchen, Laundry, Wi-Fi, cable, Smart TVs, and games are waiting to make you feel right at home during your stay. The condo features two bedrooms; one with a king bed, and the second has a queen bed. There is also a lazy boy sofa sleeper and bedding (best suited for children or one adult).

You will have access to all of the wonderful Pointe Royale Resort amenities, including the beautiful outdoor pool, year-round indoor heated pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, golf, a restaurant and banquet hall, playground, Lake Taneycomo shoreline access for fishing, and walking paths on the beautifully maintained grounds! The condo is located on the 10th green just across from the Clubhouse and resort amenities. This is a fun and beautiful community with a 24 guardhouse for entry and exit.

We are dog friendly for up to two pets under 40 lbs each. There are two dog parks to exercise your furry friend, one of which is in close proximity to the condo.

We work hard to ensure cleanliness and to provide our guests with everything they need to feel comfortable; quality towels and linens, a well-stocked kitchen, and a comfortable living space. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond your expectations to provide the little extras that you may not find at other vacation rental properties.

Check in was easy. Condo was clean and just as pictured. I had forgotten my shampoo and conditioner so I was greatful when there was full bottles along with shower gel on bathroom counter. The condo is across from the golf club house which my husband enjoyed while the mother n law n myself enjoyed the day shopping. Yellow Route is close by if you want to avoid the traffic of the main strip. I’m a little spoiled with my pillow top mattress at home so I didn’t sleep well but if you sleep on a firm mattress like my mother n law who slept fine on hers, you will be fine. The couch and chairs in the living room are sooo comfy! It was too hot to enjoy the back patio but we enjoyed watching the cute little squirt who visited us by the sliding glass door to the patio.

Cozy condo!

We had a lovely stay at this condo! Very clean and cozy. The beds were comfy and showers are way better than hotel rooms! The ground floor was perfect because it was so easy to take our dog outside using the patio. Fabulous amenities. We so enjoyed it and would stay again if we are in the area again!

We came into Branson on personal business. We have stayed at Pointe Royale numerous times. First time with this unit/company. We had issues to start because we never received the login code, I called them. Then we get there, started receive all kinds of text messages about staying there & additional rules. We get in & not only is it dirty, there is no coffee maker. We travel with our own coffee, the ad stated there was a coffee maker, messaged the owner, was told there's a Keurig. We don't use a Keurig, there wasn't a reusable k-cup. There were 5 Kcups. There was 2 of us staying for 5 days. I got nowhere when I tried asking where the coffee maker was. We were booked all day every day with business. Right after I asked about the coffee maker - I went by the dining room table and the placemats were flipped over showing the tag. I flipped it over and realized all the placemats were dirty with spots - everything went downhill from there. There was only a screen door on the livingroom slider & that had holes and wouldn't stay on the track. Chairs outside had horrible stops. Master bath shower curtain the bottom foot was pink with mold. Both showers the faucets didn't work properly. All the carpets were dirty and stained. The baseboard, cabinets and some walls were chipped and dirty. Many dishes were chipped and a few cracked. Pulled out a coffee mug and it was dirty. I have lots more pictures. All the furniture was worn out. We didn't have the time to deal
