The total area of apartment is 56.6 m2 plus a terrace of 10 m2 with a pergola. It has private parking. In less than 5 minutes you will find beach, bakery, cafe, bar, mini market, taverns, gym etc ".
The design target was to create a holiday house with a minimal and masculine interior to contrast with the panoramic views of the sea and sunset that house provide.
