Clean, fresh and fun beach house located close to downtown on Northside. Everything in easy walking distance. Great for family time, a romantic couple getaway or just chilling with friends at the beach. Home has been completely updated and provides everything you need for an easy, worry-free vacation. New linens, towels, beds, furnishings and appliances. Bright and clutter free. Large dining area with table for 6. Quiet reading area with lots of books (kids books too). Puzzles and cards. Master bedroom has slider to balcony. Big fenced backyard with outdoor furniture, grill and lots of room to play. We even include sand toys and a beach wagon for the kids.

Just 1/2 block from Necanicum River for fishing and boating. Easy walk to crabbing at the 12th Avenue bridge. Outlet mall nearby is a shopper's paradise.

2 upstairs bedrooms - master with queen-size bed, second bedroom has a full size bed and the downstairs has a full-size sleeper couch. Bathroom is located downstairs. Maximum occupancy of 6.

Good option for a coastal stay

This property is small, but it was just fine for our family of 6 for a soccer tournament we joined last-minute and needed lodging. Far better deal than the overpriced hotels in the area and the location was great.

Cute House Close to the Beach

You could not beat the location! 5 minutes walk from the beach and the main street! The house is very cozy and has plenty of items for your stay. The check-in and -out process was very easy and we would certainly recommend the place.

Seaside vacation

The house was so cute and perfect size for our family. The bathroom was a bit small but we made it work. The house had so much character and was just a short distance to the beach and lots of activities.

True beach cottage very close to Prom. Quiet neighborhood in kitschy beach town. Short distance to Cannon Beach (15 minutes) made it appealing. Bedrooms and pullout couch worked fine for family with teens. Managed fine in small bathroom and kitchen. Affordable option in area was nice.

Walking distance to the beach

Cute little place within walking distance to the beach. The one bathroom is very small. It was fine for me and my family but we are not large people. My husband had to walk through the bathroom door sideways.

Weekend vacation

Clean property on a quiet street. Lots of rules/instructions in house. Bring games if you something to do at place. Don’t arrive early (or on time at 4p as we did) and interface with owner… she is very unpleasant. Luckily we didn’t need to contact her after crossing paths first day. Otherwise nice stay.

Excellent location

We found the property to be an excellent value for the price paid. Nothing else seems to come close. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the promenade and beach. While appliances are dated, they work and no problems with anything. Couch in living room area could be more comfortable, beds are excellent, outside balcony is nice addition, and plenty of dishes, soaps, whatever. Our major concern was the stairs to the upstairs bedroom. We are 70 years old and need to use the stairs in the nighttime. This can be an issue for some people. We had no problems, but could be for some. That's about it. Excellent value and would recommend the unit to others.

Would not stay here again. Upon arrival we had to look on VRBO to verify address, picture was much nicer than actual. Cons: dusty, cobwebs, dirty windows, clutter, tired well worn house. Bathroom too small, had to stand in kitchen to dress after shower. Fridge needed wiping out before using. Appeared to not be cleaned by professionals or sanitized for Covid. Kitchen supplied with thrift store quality kitchenware. Pros: Location, lots of towels and beach going stuff, bed sheets were very nice. Seems like they tried to make it nice but really failed. Sorry to review like this, but don't want others to experience what we did. Review is by the renter's significant other.

Perfect for small group stay

This house was perfect for our one night Mother's Day get away. We had my mother, myself, and my 2 young daughters. We were very comfortable here. I LOVED the decorations. I saw what someone else posted about having signs all over the place. A bit annoying but at the same time they did come in handy, so i guess I can't complain too much :) I only had one problem while we were trying to find the WiFi password. We couldn't find the password anywhere and so I texted the owner from the number on the check in slip but never got a reply back. Then I found the password clear as Day on the wall when we were leaving. No idea how we missed that! Haha. However it was still concerning that we never got a response back. Other than that everything was fantastic and we would come back again!

Everything within walking distance

This was a great location close to town and close to the beach. The weather was perfect lots of sun so we didn’t spend alot of time at the house. We basically just slept there. We did have an issue the the hot water. We didn’t have any. Luckily it was hot cold shower or hose won’t solution. After not being able to figure it out for 2 days we messaged the owner she didn’t have a solution says it always works. She offered to come Check it out the following day but we decided to head home early. When she did come she said it was our fault and we turned it it by some button??? Anyway wish she would have told us about some button to push when we were there sounds like it would have been an easy solution. Instead we were left in the cold. Needless to say if you don’t have hot water search for some button. It’s a cute place but I doubt we would return again since the host accused us of sabotaging our own hot water and was extremely rude instead of helpful.

Great spot!

The little house was very clean. Certainly felt like we were guests at someone's home. My little guy (2.5) had a blast. He slept in the "mermaid room" in a sleep-tent on top of the bed and it worked great. He loved the stuffies all around the house and we made great use of the wagon and beach toys. Seaside was great. Took short drives to see both Astoria and Cannon Beach too. Short walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed! Stayed in mid-September. Didn't need the heat yet but it was nice to know it was there if we did!

Easy walking to all that Seaside has to offer!

This place was perfect for walking to dinner and shops on the main drag of Seaside. Very homie and everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The host was accommodating and answered all my questions quickly. We'd definitely stay here again!

Cute little place. So many house rules, they want you to clean everything and do everything for them, then charge a cleaning fee as well. Other than that… charming.

Seaside has it all - Wonderful Beach, Plenty of Shopping, Great Restaurants, 1.5 mile promenade for Walking, Biking, Skating and Boarding. Hiking, Fishing, Boating, Crabbing, Surfing, Bonfires, Wildlife, Antiques, Bumper cars, Paddle Boats and an Old Fashioned Carousel - just to name a few. Who wouldn't want a great place to stay where you are so close to all that Seaside has to offer!
