Great little property

Great property pretty centrally located. House was as advertised and the kids loved the backyard activities. Would recommend to anyone visiting the charlotte area!!

Good home overall. The neighborhood itself didn’t feel the cleanest/safest. This home worked well for my family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). The vacuum did not work very well and there was no dust pan for the broom.

The house eas not suitable to stay in it haven't ben clean in a few months it had dog hair every were the beds was very nasty food in refrigerator floors never ben mop it smells very bad inside the house as u enter cigarettes in the astray the bathrooms very disgusting this house is forced advertising and i would like my money back

OK to stay

Accomodations were comfortable. 6 week stay. Inside everything was clean and tidy. Met all of out needs. The beds were comfortable. Every room has a large screen TV. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Outdoors needs some work. Backyard needs some grass as rain caused a lot of muddy spots. Old debris in back yard needs to be policed. Could be a hazard for pets and small children. Fence doesnt encompass the entire property and is crumbling/collapsed in a lot of places. Putting range is nice but bring your own equipment.
