The kitchen, dining area, and living room sit at the front of the home, making the most of the ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, with pantry basics such as seasonings, tea, coffee, foil, and food wrap. The adjacent dining table seats eight.



Settle into the living room’s comfortable leather sofas, loveseat, and recliner to enjoy the views through expansive picture windows. For a quiet evening in, you’ll find a large TV with cable and Roku, a Blu-ray/DVD player, a selection of movies, books, and magazines, and a Wi-Fi speaker.



Step onto the adjoining deck for outdoor dining or a meal from the Weber gas barbecue. The private hot tub offers another inviting place to unwind after a day at the beach.



Four Comfortable Bedrooms



Primary Suite — King Bed + Twin Trundle

This spacious suite features vaulted ceilings and large picture windows with whitewater views of Doran Beach, Bodega Bay, and the 9th fairway. A king bed and a trundle with two twin beds offer flexible sleeping arrangements. The suite includes a TV and a private bathroom with a shower, double vanity, and separate toilet compartment.



Second King Suite

Enjoy ocean views, vaulted ceilings, and a skylight in this south-facing bedroom. It features a king bed, TV, private bathroom with a shower, and access to the front deck with a table and chairs.



Third Bedroom — Queen Bed

This bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, vaulted ceilings, and a sliding glass door to a deck overlooking Doran Beach, Bodega Bay, and the 9th fairway.



Fourth Bedroom — Queen Bed

Facing east toward the 8th fairway, this room features a queen bed, TV, vaulted ceilings, and access to the deck adjoining the kitchen and hot tub area.



A third full bathroom, located between the queen bedrooms, includes a tub/shower and laundry facilities.



Thoughtful Extras for Families



Gull Harbour is stocked with games and family conveniences, including a high chair, Pack ’n Play, exersaucer, step stool, outlet covers, and a gate that can block access to the entry stairs. Extra pillows and blankets help everyone settle in comfortably.



Downstairs, the converted garage provides space for friendly ping-pong matches. You’ll also find beach blankets, chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, coolers, and sand toys for days by the water. A Doran Beach parking pass is provided for guests who prefer to drive with their beach gear.



Home Layout



The home has two levels, with the entry and garage recreation area downstairs. All living spaces, bedrooms, and bathrooms are upstairs, so stairs are required to access the main level. The kitchen, dining area, and living room face the ocean at the front of the home, while the bedrooms extend toward the rear.



From sunny mornings by the windows to beach walks and evenings spent watching the coastal sky, Gull Harbour is a comfortable place to slow down and enjoy Bodega Bay.
