Book your Holiday-Get-away! This luxury space is elegantly adorned with central air, ample room for living, entertaining, and relaxing. The open concept living room, dining and sitting areas with white oak hardwood floors throughout. Fully furnished with a 55" Samsung Curbed Smart TV, fireplace, powder room, and a focal point Contemporary Chelf's kitchen (perfect for baking bread) and is equipped with all the basics: flutes for sparking cocktails and wines, and Marfa cabinets quartz counters, dish washer, island seating, and stainless-steel appliances. Small, cozy balcony off the kitchen. There are great restaurants in the immediate area dine-in and takeouts to go. I love the rooftop deck that overlooks the skyline of this great city. Unwind after a long day in an SPA-like bathroom with heated floors and floor to ceiling zebra blinds to help you get a good night's sleep. 2-car garage for domestic cars only(!!), no trucks or vans (!!). EV charger - level 2, tesla only. Please do not re-arrange furniture in home (!!). Get out and explore the neighborhood with restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, and the lakefront just a short walk away. We are committed to an enhanced cleaning and sanitation routine, and we practice social distancing and encourage Guest(s) to do the same. Exterior security cameras present “We have security cameras on the front porch, one facing the back yard area, and one FreshAir Respiratory Detection System is installed in the common area of the home and 'they will be on during your stay'. The host gave us a difficult time to rent the property and after booking, she asked us to do background checks for an addtl fee. When we wanted to move in a day later, because my daughter's fiance was already there, she would not just let him move in on the date we had already paid for. She threatened to cancel the reservation the day of move-in. So, I asked to cancel, she refused to give us our money back because we had already paid upwards of $20k to book for 90 days. She would not let us move in until all parties were there and she also insisted on meeting us when we arrived. After moving in, her maintenance man showed up several times on the property to "fix" misc items. She had also given him the codes to get in the house. Then,after 42 days, she cancelled our reservation and gave us 3 days to move out memorial day weekend and only refunded a portion of the money we had paid and told us that we should be grateful to get that back. She also refunded at a higher nightly rate which cheated us out of our money. She cancelled our reservation early for no reason and VRBO found us at no fault and refunded us the remainder of our money at the proper rate. Also, it is a 4BR with no TVs in bedrooms and uncomfortable living room seating suitable for only 2 people. Beware of Ring Camera activity as she was listening and watching everything. I WANT TO SEND A DEEP THANKS TO VRBO FOR NOT LETTING HER SCAM US OUT OF $13K.
