Location is great, right on the Main Street in Banff Springs. You can walk to many shops and restaurants and the transit stop is right outside the front. Great value for the location.

Hot tub and sauna hours on weekend closed too early.Laundry room was flooded and not able to be accessible because of the flood. Fan cover above the bathroom was too small to cover the hole, looking just hung up there feeling it might be fell if we touch it. TV remote was too old and hard to control to change channel and no netflex access at all. Front desk never being able to get a call from the room we stayed. Parking lot underground was too narrow for big car and outside parking lot accupued too quick so we had to find a better time to park our car ( earlier time of the day). Front desk staffs were not that welcoming or friendly that much. We did want to get in the room earlier time of the days because we didn't feel like we would get some good resting or good energy from the place.
