New spacious 3br Townhouse located in Southwest Lincoln with Fenced in Back yard

Welcome to this New townhome located in Southwest Lincoln. You will find a fully furnished home with all the amenities you could ask for during your stay. It also has a fully fenced in backyard including a gas grill and patio table set. This offers you and your pets privacy.
In addition to the large open kitchen, dining and living room - it has 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs that will let you recharge for the next day. The master bedroom has a king bed with an awesome memory foam bed, a large walk in closet and double vanity master bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms include queen beds with the same memory foam mattresses and walk in closets. There is also a full bathroom with tub / shower combination.
We also provide a front loading washer and dryer for your convenience if needed.
We provide you with free WiFi and Spectrum cable. The smart TV's will allow you to access your own favorite accounts from Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and YouTube TV.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please load all dishes into the dishwasher. Once it is loaded - add a dishwasher tablet and start it.
Please place all of the dirty towels in the washing machine and start it with a soap pod in the dispenser tray.
Please take all the trash to the outside trash bin next to the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The entire home including the garage is non smoking which includes vaping. Failure to follow these rules will result in a $500 fine.

I want to say this was the best VRBO we have stayed in. They had everything you could think of just like being at home, and the place was very nice and clean with extra pillows, blankets and etc. Jerel was very nice and friendly when we met him and I highly recommend staying here.
