Newly remodeled lake front cottage with modern upgrades.

This peaceful lake is perfect for relaxing, reading, morning coffee, and all things water related - swimming, boating, sailing, paddle board, etc.

50 feet of private waterfront space with private dock, outside fire pit, and large lawn that let you experience all sorts of activities right by the water.

Quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and gas range stove along with the four person dining table make for a perfect setting for those of you who like to cook. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with an assortment of spices if you need a pinch.

One private bedroom with new quality bedding for a queen size bed and there is a twin day bed in the sun room letting the cottage comfortably sleep three.

The cottage is 15 minutes from downtown Naples and 40 minutes from downtown Portland to enjoy restaurants and nightlife.

Great if you're looking for a romantic getaway or place to work!
