About this property

New construction and modern, all on one floor with no stairs.
The perfect location to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Luxury, single level condo/duplex (attached by the back wall) in the heart of Corolla, just a 3 minute walk to the beach. Corolla Light restaurants and stores are right next door! In the evening, grab your beach chairs, a couple of glasses and a cold bottle of wine for a picnic across the street at the famous Whalehead park while the sun sets over the sound.

** The heated community pool will open on April 20th. It will close Sunday, May 5th-May 7th. **

The whole group will enjoy not only the community pool, but the wonderful tranquility of the nearby, sound-side waterfront. The large, heated, salt water community pool is equipped with rentable cabannas complete with TVs, fans and personal refrigerators. Perfect for changover days! Beach chairs and cart are available, but unfortunately, CANNOT be guaranteed to renters since the previous renters could have taken them or broke them.

At the beginning or end of your vacation, don't fight the traffic with everyone else! Park your car and enjoy the beach or community pool complete with restroom.

Ocean Perfection

This was our favorite location yet in the Outer Banks. Situated a couple of blocks from the ocean and only a few blocks from the Currituck Lighthouse, this charming casita provided my husband and me with our favorite parts of the Outer Banks. The house itself was perfect for us with a large kitchen and family room area and two bedrooms and bathrooms — all new and beautifully furnished. It’s also pet friendly so we could bring our beloved golden retriever! We couldn’t have enjoyed our visit more!

Perfect escape

I spent a week in this perfect condo planning a fresh start. It was stocked with everything you would need and in such a great location. The property manager was accessible and easy to work with. It was so perfect I stayed an extra day. Easy access to the beach, the lighthouse, restaurants. This was exactly what I needed for my escape. Can’t wait to go back.

The Splains

Our stay in this condo was wonderful. The condo was clean, well equipped/furnished, comfortable, close and easy access to the beach. We travel with our little doggie and it makes all the difference in the world to us! We also appreciated the prompt and courteous responses from the owner to our questions prior to and upon our arrival to their home.

Great location

Property was great, new and quiet with plenty of accessories for cooking. Had a blast and was close to the beach and shopping, and the owner was very responsive with questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Hi and welcome! We are your hosts, John and Shelley. We have three children, Nick (and his wife, Casey), Brittany and Peyton and two grandchildren. I grew up on the beaches of California and we first visited Corolla we felt that it shares that same West Coast vibe. We recently purchased this sweet condo and named it "Salty Vibes OBX".
