New house completely remodeled and equipped. Patio with pool and bar very spacious, has 5 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and laundry area. Wifi in all areas, ideal for large groups or several families. It is located 800mts from the historic center (15min on foot). It has a large garage for 4 cars. In the area you will find supermarkets, convenience stores and various local food places a few meters away.
