Yuk place

The best thing there was the only girl and staff her name is Melissa although the property was awful and evertglhing was dysfunction Melissa was great. The first night there was broken shower spilling water everywhere. The next day i was changed to that had an awful internet signal. The Jacuzzy didnt work. The area was the best right in the heart of Conolial city.

Very disappointed

The photos for this property doesn't match the real eyes experience. This place is old and needs painting. The shower had no shower head. The wifi was slow and completely stop working after 1 day. The lady at the front desk did her best with what she had to work with. The host will ignore all messages.

Bad Communication Host ghosted me

Host very non communicative. Did not respond to many messages when I needed to change my stay. Neve ended up going due to storms. And for nearly a week there was no response from.host despite many attempts at reaching them. Poor service. This property is called Hotel Annabelle, so if you are interested in staying (I didn't end up going) I suggest booking directly and not through this host.
