Xanadu Villas is a privately gated condominium in the Coligny beach area of Hilton head. Our unit D21 efficiency on the 5th floor, has all of the modern conveniences of home. You are a short walk away from shopping, restaurants, and nightlife in Coligny Plaza. And there is neighborhood beach access right across the street from Xanadu Villas.
Our newly renovated, 5th floor vacation rental is cozy and modern, perfect for a long weekend getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked and towels and sheets are provided as well as beach chairs and beach toys. Beautifully remodeled bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower.
Xanadu Villas has an elevator and offers a private pool, two tennis courts and a picnic area with grills and tables. Bicycle racks are available with numerous bike rental locations nearby for the over 17 miles of bike paths on the island.

I was born and raised in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. My husband is from West Virginia. We raised our five children in the brushy Mountains of North Carolina for 25 years. I am retired and my husband will retire in the next year. I wanted to move back home and my husband wanted a slower pace of life. We chose Hilton Head is a compromise I enjoy walking on the beach, swimming, fishing and boating. My husband loves live music and socializing. Hilton Head offers all of this.
Why they chose this property
My husband and I chose Xanadu for its location, it’s convenient to shopping and dining, it is across the street from the ocean, and had all of the amenities we were looking for for when we retire.
