The Boathouse: A Peaceful Paradise
The Boathouse is located at the back of Tartan's Landing Marina off of the Ohio River. It sleeps 7 people in beds (1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 XL twin bed). It has a full kitchen and 2 full baths. Enjoy the PRIVATE infinity edge pool (open May-Oct), hot tub, outdoor fire pit & private boat ramp. Heating the pool is optional for additional charge per day. All seasons are beautiful from the Boathouse located 30 min from downtown Louisville.

*NO PARTIES. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Max number of guests is 8 at any time.
*Optional heating of pool is available for an additional $300 per day to 85 degrees (weather permitting) during the months of May-October.
*Private boat ramp available. Arrangements must be made in advance with owner. Owner reserves right to access private boat dock while guests are present.
*Washer/dryer are not available. Also, cook-tops are available in place of a traditional stove top.
