We are from Canada and love travelling. This is our Florida vacation house. We come down and spend 2-3 months a year with our kids to get away from the cold and every other chance we get to enjoy the nearby beaches and other fun things SWFL has to offer.

The house is located in the neighbourhood named Pelican. This neighborhood boasts a vibrant natural environment awaiting exploration. From parks to preserves, the residents of Cape Coral's Pelican neighborhood have abundant opportunities to immerse themselves in the outdoors.
Rotary Park is a significant natural attraction in the area. Positioned at the southern tip of the neighborhood, Rotary Park features an environmental center, playground, trails, and an observation tower providing sweeping views of the wilderness. The park also houses a butterfly house showcasing various native species. Additionally, the environmental center hosts various programs and events throughout the year.
