The house is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom located in a culturally diverse neighborhood, which is very quiet, safe, and has a large senior population. Maximum occupancy of 5 people including children. Downtown Gastonia is walking distance where many bars and restaurants are available.

Hello. Russ and I own this house. The house was purchased in 2023. We are open to STR, MTR, and LTR to guest(s) or tenants who are responsible, open to culturally diverse neighborhood, and respectful. We love this house, and we take good care of it. We like to host because more people would prefer to stay in a SFR than a hotel especially to those whose home are under repair or displaced by the storm.

We ask guests to respect our cancellation policy and our house.

It was built late 2022 with all the bedrooms and bathrooms that will suit everyone's need. House is located very close to 85 fwy and 321 hwy. It is centrally located in Gastonia, Kings Mtn, near Crowders' mountain and WWC.
