Summary:
Calypso 3-1411 - Beach N View is a New building (opened in 2021) luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ocean view, condo located in Panama City Beach next to the Embassy Suite Convention Center and Pier Park. Beach N View sleeps 9 guests comfortably. Enjoy spectacular 14th floor gulf/sunset/pier views from your private balcony! It has the best sunsets I have ever seen. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants at Pier Park. Huge heated resort pool, hot tub, fire pit, tikki bar and restaurant.

The Space:
Master has a king bed with a 65" Tv. Guest Room king bed with 65" Tv, Bukroom has a twin over a Full with a 43" Tv. Living room has a 82" TV. Master bath has large walk in shower. Guest bath has tub/shower/ In laundry room in beach cart and in guest closet is 4 beach chairs.

Guest Access:
You have full access to all except the owners closet and cabinets above the washer and dryer.

Next To Pier Park, Embassy Suites Convention Center.

Getting Around:
At this amazing location you have Pier Park right next store and Frank Brown park is within walking distance for concerts. If you drive we have a parking garage attached by a walk way. Parking pass is included in the resort fee along with the wrist bands.

Other Things to Note:
Please note no pets are allowed and no parties. Drinks are allowed on pool deck just no glass and must keep drinks away from the edge of the pool. No smoking in the unit or balcony. It is a smoke free building. Please note we use Safely for insurance and background checks. Must be 25 to book.

Amazing Amazing condo,views and ammenities pure Luxury/!

I have stayed in a lot of places and usually the owner does not splurge on nice things on the inside. This condo has breath taking sunset ocean views. The huge zero entry heated pool,hot tub, and fire pit were great. Cabanas and tiki bar and restaurant are great. Now for the inside! Luxury beds, linens, and towels. Everything you could possibly need for cooking. Highend pots and pans, cofee pot , keuring, all clad pots and pans, high end utensils, blender, mixmaster, indoor grill, margarita machine and crockpot. The beach towels, the paid beach chairs and the extra beach chairs and toys in kids closet were such a nice touch. Kelly the owner was great to work with and her welcome book was very helpful. We will def book again soon. We were so sad to leave:(

Amazing place to stay with a front row to the sunsets.

We walked in and said WOW, what a great place as we walked towards the balcony and looked out the window and had a birds eye view of the ocean. We all said WOW our very own front row seat to the sunsets. You can tell that Kelly the host really has put alot of effort into upgrading furniture, having nicer kitchen items such as Al Clad pots and pans, having a decent pan to cook with is a rarity. I can say out of all our stays all over these kitchen items including a wine cooler, an indoor counter top grill, a Magaritaville blender, Kicthen Aid mixer ( in case you need to whip up a batch of cookies), a Ninja blender, this has been the nicest selection in our lodging travels. The decor is well appointed, feels comfortable yet fancy, beachie and casual all at the same time. All four of us (used all 3 bedrooms) had very comfortable beds (my niece wanted to take hers home). My teenage nephew was in the bunk room. The place was very clean. I typically wipe things down things down when I checked into places, this place I did not feel that I needed to do any cleaning. We did not hear of any of our neighbors next door or above us. The balcony is spacious and we enjoyed playing cards at the outside table in the evening while watching our sunsets. Location is in the heart of things, walking distance to everything including Pier Park which is basically in your backyard. To sum up, this is the best Florida condo we have rented. I had a dream of someday owning a place by the beach. In 2021, We finally made it happen. We bought at Calypso Tower 3, 14th floor in Panama City Beach. I know you will love our place as much as we do. I'm always sad when we have to leave! The location and views are amazing. In the morning, it is so peaceful to sit on the balcony and watch the waves come in. At night, you can sit and have a romantic dinner and watch some of the most mesmerizing sunsets I have ever seen. Our condo is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit with 1321 sq. ft. of interior living space that sleeps 9. The balcony is 150 sq. ft. with lots of seating to enjoy the beautiful ocean view. The Kitchen is decked out with everything you could possibly need to cook those special meals. You will find luxury linens and towels in our bedrooms. I want you to feel like you are in heaven and being pampered. Enjoy your stay!

Have you ever been disappointed with the place you stayed at with the decor, linens, kitchen supplies ect.. When we bought our place, I wanted to supply all high-end items to make my guests feel pampered. We furnished the bedrooms with really nice light down comforters (hypo-allergenic), duvet covers, extra pillows and luxury sheets. The kitchen is furnished with high end pots and pans (All Clad), Crate and Barrel dishes and top of the line silverware. In our bathrooms we have supplied plush bath towels, hair dryers, makeup mirrors and a teak shower bench in the master bath. On our huge balcony we have two chaise lounge chairs, pub table with 4 chairs, and two Adirondack chairs. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath can sleep 9 guests. I want you to feel like you are at home and in luxury! Enjoy your stay!
