This fully furnished 1 bedroom unit boost high 12ft ceilings which allows for a flood of natural light. This unit also includes floor to ceiling black out curtains to maintain your perfect sleep for our hard working nurses and traveling professionals! You will also have a dedicated work desk and stunning fully updated kitchen to cook amazing meals! Were pet friendly!!! Its a non returnable pet fee for now. You are within walking distance from gym, close to Lake Michigan, dining restaurants, entertainment (i.e. McCormick place). This unit also includes paid amenities such as water, heat, gas, electricity, and high speed Internet. As well on site high efficiency washer and dryer.

Secured entryway which includes keyless entry and available street parking.

Wonderful Little Place in Chicago

The host is very kind and helpful, and the place is roomy and luxurious (we got upgraded to the penthouse before our stay). The neighborhood is quiet and we had no trouble finding a parking spot for the car. If you ever need a place to stay in Chicago, this is the place! 10/10 experience!

Beautiful home in an classic neighborhood

The home was gorgeous and very well equipped. Checkin and checkout was easy and smooth. The neighborhood has classic older neighborhood charm. The reason for 4 instead of 5 star for location was that it is short on walkable restaurants but very close to bus lines that went straight downtown and ran frequently and the green line. Super easy if you have a car - looks like plenty of street parking.

Fantastic location, property and host!

I am grateful for booking this great property for my recent trip to Chicago. The home is beautiful. Decor and location are top notch for my trip. The host, Cornell, communicates effectively, not overly burdening and is very responsive. The arrival and departure instructions were clear and simple. It was a no fuss stay in a beautiful home and there’s not much more I could ask for! I recommend especially for returning southside Chicagoan, makes you feel right at home.

Amazing Property - Great Proximity To Transit

The host was very gracious and accommodating. The unit was immaculately appointed and conveniently located 8 minutes walking distance from the 51st train stop (Green line) and the #3 bus that will take you directly into the city. Close to Hyde park and walking distance to historic Bronzeville restaurants. The ease of check-in was genius as the host maintained great security measures that were easy to facilitate. Had to work briefly and the work desk in the front bedroom made it easy and nice to work with the lovely street view. Location is one block off S MLK and the tree lined street was breathtaking. Highly recommend for couples.

Amazing Home, Neighborhood, and Host.

I appreciated staying here for four days. It is a very spacious, secure property. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I had a parking spot available every day. It is also close enough to downtown. I was upgraded to the penthouse suite as a courtesy of the host. It was BEAUTIFUL, to say the least, with all of the amenities I needed. I wish there were dishes (pots, pans, ladles) for me to cook with or that I knew there weren't any so I could've brought my own. There were still enough eating utensils for my guest and me to use. I also appreciate that there were two sets of towels provided. I usually use a new towel each day, so I would've liked to have more than two sets. However, I used the washer and dryer in the unit so it all worked out! I'm new to traveling so all of this was more of a learning lesson for me to prepare for or communicate about rather than a complaint. Cornell, the host, was great at communicating and making sure I had everything I needed. Thank you for making my stay great!
