Apt C. Nice clean non smoking, pet hair free, non-allergenic apartment on the 2nd floor close to downtown and water front. Walking distance to groceries, Marina Jacks, Boat ride, Van Wezel, Opera\ house, Library, downtown restaurants, galleries, not far from Lido Beach, Ringling museum and Airport. An allergy safe, insect free stay on all new beds and futon. We are a vacation rental close to the beaches. We provide free Roku TV service, basic amenities like small container and coffee, tea, 2 rolls paper towels and toiletries, shampoo / conditioner samples, and sugar packets. We are located next to a Publix grocery store for anything you may need! WE LOVE our guests and are completely serviced by the OWNER! Not a management company. See our aerial view picture for an accurate location close to EVERYTHING! We are a new listing here moving from the "other" hosting service and are a 100% 5star rated "Best in Sarasota" host. WE take care of ANYTHING our guests need. Owners and ZERO managers. :)
