Step outside the side door, walk 100 steps, pop on your skis and ski right to the West Wall ski lift, which you can see from the living room. Usually you can ski right to the side door during winter for a quick lunch or to finish your day on the slopes. For a soak in the hot tub after a great day of skiing or mountain biking you walk to the end of the heated hall and step just outside.

If you are flying in to Gunnison the Alpine Express shuttle service will pick you up at the airport and drop you off at the front door of this unit, or it is a 4.5 hour drive from Denver International Airport.

The Alpine skiing on Mt. Crested Butte has trails for all abilities, and back country opportunities for snow shoeing, nordic skiing, or AT skiing right out your door.
In the summer you can bike from the condo to some of best mountain biking trails in the U.S. Beautiful single track trail to town is at the end of the street. Beautiful hiking in the summer, and the wildflowers and alpine meadows accessible from this area are second to none. Truly paradise in the Rockies.

Parking for one vehicle is in front of 104's garage just below the unit, or in the parking lot at the south end of the building. Maximum of one vehicle is allowed on the property.
