Fantastic guests! We appreciate that you understood that sometimes unexpected things happen. We maintain excellent relationships with our local maintenance crews so they come when we call!
We loved this little cottage so much that we plan to book again. It was clean and had all the basics needed for a long weekend. Our 3 year old grandson loved the duck pond out back, the train station/trains nearby and the city park around the corner. The beach and all of our favorite shops were nearby without dealing with the traffic(walk, bike or rent a golf cart).
The property was wonderful and walking distance to everything. As previously mentioned, is right by a train track with several trains running through the night.
The house was wonderful with a lovely. Loved loved the screened in back porch to sit and drink coffee while viewing the duck pond.
We had a great stay here and would definitely stay here again!
Beautiful, pleasant, picturesque place to stay in BSL.
I loved staying in the railroad district. It was convenient to everything! Busy enough to make you feel in the mix, but relaxing and peaceful at the same time. The view of the duck pond outside was a special bonus and i read a book on the screened porch for hours. The house was spotless, the beds comfortable and the entire house was well appointed and pretty as could be. We love BSL and go often we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The host was communicative and available the entire trip. We are already planning our next trip!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. We were minutes away from great shopping and food. We lived on the screened in porch that overlooks a lovely pond with fountains and ducks. While we were in town during a heatwave, Renee made sure everything was perfect and cool and comfortable. She went out of her way to make sure we had wonderful experience. Will definitely stay again! Everyone had a great time on property and out and about.
We had a fantastic stay at this property—truly a hidden gem in Bay St. Louis! The home was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group of six. Every detail, from the beach-inspired decor to the thoughtfully stocked kitchen, made us feel welcomed and at ease. One of our favorite features was the beautiful duck pond just outside the back door, filled with ducks and giant koi—it felt like our own private park! The long walking path surrounding the pond added a peaceful, scenic touch to our mornings and evenings. The appliances all worked perfectly, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Best of all, we were within walking distance of charming downtown Bay St. Louis, with its great restaurants, shops, and coastal vibe.
The house was very clean!! Easy access to everything, especially the craft fair we wanted to attend. There are trains that come by every now and then, no biggy… my 18 month old grandson slept right threw them. The adults were actually awake when they came by and it didn’t both us. The screened in porch was great… it was nice sitting outside looking at the pond with the ducks. We will definitely come back and rent the same place again!!!
Such a nice get away, can’t wait to come back!!
There was no hot water in the kitchen (had to boil water to wash dishes), ice maker in frig did not work, (Renee kindly offered to get us a bag of ice but we had already handled it) 1/2 roll of toilet paper in bathrooms, only 1 large pot to cook in, tv upstairs would only turn on, no soap in bathrooms, and parking can be tricky. The home and furnishings need to be updated; however, I do realize they are trying to sell it and proably don't want to spend much money in updating. The best part of the home was the outdoor space. Overall, Renee was a gem and we made it work.
Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was exactly as advertised and conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Property manager was extremely cooperative and helpful, as well. Would definitely recommend.
