Huge 5 bedroom classic colonial with inground pool and hot tub! Within a mile to the Saratoga Racetrack, under 5 minutes to Broadway. Back yard living at its finest with a brand new entertainers pool house. Sleeps 12 comfortably, plenty of room for large groups or multiple families.

The Space:
Newly updated classic colonial. All new interior renovations include a rustic, modern farmhouse decor with its own little special Saratoga details. Features a large open concept living/dining area. Enjoy a book and a bourbon in our cozy fireplace room. The garage was recently converted to a pool house with a full bar and opens up to the beautiful backyard and swimming pool.

Guests will have access to the entire property

We are located in a quiet family neighborhood. We expect all of our guests to respect our home and our neighbors as if they were your own.

Great place to stay! The house was very comfortable for our group ie. cooking in the kitchen, the amount of bathrooms, comfortable living areas, great bar area, we never felt crowded. We enjoyed the backyard, pool, and hot tub. The neighborhood was a great place to take a walk, location is an easy Uber, or walk to downtown.

Siblings and Spouses Weekend

This location was perfect for our family weekend. Each couple had their own bedroom with a very comfortable king sized bed. The location was easy to get to, close to activities and the house was comfortable and roomy.

Everything we thought it would be and more

The property in Saratoga springs was beautiful and well maintained. We were happy to see that everything in the listing was exactly like the actual home. We had an amazing thanksgiving holiday with family and were able to explore the town. We look forward to coming back in the summer when the track is open and the summer festivities are going on as well Thanks for everything!

Our family of 8 Adults and 4 children enjoyed our stay very much. The home had absolutely everything you could need and plenty of space. We especially loved the converted garage which was a perfewct gathering space after the children went to bed. The pool and hottub were the perfect temperatures! We would absolutely stay again! The host was responsive and we had zero issues with anything with our stay. Quiet and safe neighborhood in lovely Saratoga Springs NY. This home has 2 1/2 baths upstairs and 1 full bathroom downstairs. The extra (6th) bedroom/den has a fold down futon if you need an extra bed.
