Perfect getaway for couples or families. Just 20 steps from the deck steps to the water's edge, enjoy the boat dock and ladder for easy exit from your lake swim. Enjoy beautiful views of Lake Hamilton from the home or the PRIVATE DOCK. A very nice cove to float and soak up some sun.
Contemporary furnishings and decor. Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. New flatscreen tvs in living area, 2 bedrooms and master suite. Free WIFI provided. Netflix, Youtube Tv and other channels/apps complimentary in living room, all bedroom’s and outdoor tv. The home has 3 bedrooms. The “master bedroom” has a king bed and its own bathroom. Master bath includes a jet tub/shower combo. There is ample storage in the walk-in closet and drawer space in master bedroom to store your clothes. The additional two bedrooms have bunk beds (full over queen) w/ closet and dresser. Grill steaks and burgers on the deck complete with a great seating area . kick back and enjoy the propane fire pit…and by all means remember...Relax: you are on lake time! So book now!!

Great Property!!

We absolutely loved staying here! The house was beautiful and the access to the lake was perfect for the kids (ages 4, 8 and 13). The property owner was easy to contact and prompt to reply. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing

Walter Pate has made our first VRBO experience fantastic. We cannot say enough about this property. It was so serene and peaceful. Such a short distance to dowtown, oaklawn, and restaurants. We did not have to drive more than 15 minutes. It was so clean and nice, they had everthing we needed there. All we had to get were groceries. We spent most of the time on the back deck which has ample seating, a bar, and a tv. They were quick to respond and you can tell they really take care of this property. We especially liked that we could bring our fur babies, they loved it. This quaint off the beaten path house is a for sure vacation home. This is the only place we will stay when we visit for now on. Thank you so much to the Pate's for making this experience so enjoyable.
