In town, close to the trails, fully fenced in yard!

Take off on your mountain bike from the house, and you can be at Cuyuna's Dragline South in under half a mile. Walk to downtown Crosby to grab a bite in under 15 minutes. Walk to Crosby Memorial Park to take a dip in Serpent Lake, also in under 15 minutes! Take in the peaceful seclusion of our quiet neighborhood while roasting some marshmallows at the fire pit. Let the dogs and kids run in the large fenced-in yard. We LOVE this house and all it has to offer. Peace and proximity all in one!

We are a family of 3 plus 2 dogs, currently living in Minneapolis, MN. We love the outdoors and owning properties in small towns that have a lot of outdoor activities. Our biggest passion is mountain biking, but of course we also love swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing, hiking, skiing, climbing, snowmobiling, and lounging outside.

Why they chose this property

We absolutely love this house and often consider even moving in ourselves! The location is superb. It's in a peaceful part of Crosby that is walking distance to downtown and everything that Crosby has to offer. You can hop on your bike at the house and be on the trails within minutes. The yard is large, fully fenced in, and has a lovely firepit for relaxing after a day on the trails or lakes. The inside is clean, crisp, modern, and poppy. And it sleeps up to 10! There aren't many 4 bedroom homes for rent right in town, and ours is one of them! We really love being at this property.
