Completely redecorated with all new furniture, paint, and flooring in Spring 2023, this honeymoon condo or small family vacay spot is ready for your summer dreams to come true! Located in the heart of downtown, just two blocks from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, Sea Minnow provides the perfect combination of relaxation and adventure. Watch fireworks from your porch, enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool, spend all day at the beautiful beach, or explore the vibrant downtown area with its many shops, restaurants, bars, and attractions. Ground Level:

Parking lot access for two vehicles, beach access across the street 2 blocks away, Boardwalk Entry 2 blocks away, pool, picnic area, stairs to the third story.

Extra locking storage down near the pool 8'x10' 



Property Level:

Living Room: Large wall-mounted smart TV, Sofa ceiling fan, covered balcony.  Credenza Murphy Bed full-size sleeper.  Linens will be placed on the Murphy Bed in sanitary packaging. 2 Bath Towels are provided. 



Kitchen: full kitchen, seating for 4 at the counter.

Primary Bedroom Suite: TV, Queen bed, ceiling fan. Linens will be placed on the Queen bed in sanitary packaging. 2 Bath Towels are provided. 

En-suite access to full bathroom 

Bathroom: Bathtub with Shower, vanity

Covered Balcony: access from the living room, ocean views, Pub Settee.

Washer and dryer (located in the closet on the balcony)



Parking:

2 spots must use hangtag!



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds.  



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Check-out is by 10 am. 

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.



Guest Access:

Electronic entry.



House Rules:

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities 

No smoking

You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.



Pool Notice:

Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.



Pet Policy:

No pets allowed.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property! Please refer to the listing for details.



The Neighborhood:

Exploring the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher, home to incredible coastal wildlife, or take the scenic car ferry across the Cape Fear River for a relaxing visit to the charming town of Southport where quaint streets are filled with unique antique shops and galleries. History lovers can walk the scenic, live‑oak‑lined trails of the Fort Fisher State Historic Site, where Civil War bunkers still stand. Nature enthusiasts will love the island’s two state‑managed coastal preserves: Carolina Beach State Park, home to rare Venus flytraps found naturally only in this region, and the Fort Fisher State Recreation Area, known for pristine beaches, marshes, and wildlife viewing. Both offer beautiful opportunities for hiking, paddling, fishing, and spotting pelicans or even nesting loggerhead sea turtles.

Getting Around:

Getting around Pleasure Island is a breeze! While parking can be limited in peak season, especially in popular spots, paid private or public parking is available. We recommend exploring Carolina Beach and Kure Beach on foot or by bike – they're super walkable and bike-friendly. You'll find safe pedestrian and bike routes, including the Island Greenway. Renting a golf cart or bike is easy, too, with several local rental companies. Golf carts are one of the easiest ways to cruise around the island. Rentals are simple to arrange, and once you're behind the wheel, you can zip along any road posted 35 mph or under.
