Beautiful renovated rental in LGD. Enjoy an open concept downstairs with 3 bed/2 bath upstairs. Perfect for a family relocating or in town renovators. Enjoy the private luxurious back patio and water feature in peace. The house is well suited for a WFH situation. Office/bedroom is equipped with a standing desk and dual monitors. Full well stocked kitchen provided. Rental includes housekeeping on Tueday mornings every other week. Great location right next to Coliseum Square Park in the Lower Garden District. This is the owner's main residence but will be traveling. 30 days minimum with flexible terms. Private half of double with no shared spaces with other side of house.

Owner is an airbnb superhost and can share details about the other side of the property. It will be rented out long term during this stay.
