The Art door is freshly renovated duplex located only minutes away from the beach. There are dozens of restaurants in the area and other things to do if the beach is not on your agenda. There is enough parking for two vehicles and with approval can accommodate more. There is high speed internet and Netflix already hooked up to the TV. The private backyard has nice lighting so you can enjoy the late night activities outside after a long day.

A Short but Sweet Stay in A Humble Abode

Quaint, subtle, yet seemingly simple and well kept, humble abode. Filled with all the extras one could need. Perfect for our short but sweet, getaway. Privacy a plus! Easy in and easy out— satisfying experience. We will definitely come back and stay!

Property was just as explained! Very clean unit and comfortable beds and pillows. Neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe! Location was great, close to the beach and shopping! However we paid a”stay” fee of 80 and we felt paying per night was a stay fee. That was my only eyebrow raiser. Nothing to complain about w our decision. We will definitely rebook during whale watching season

Nothing short of amazing!!!

Property exactly as described. Great communication from owner, This is one little hidden gem. We will take this over a pet friendly hotel any day of the week!! See you on our next trip to our beach house in the obx! Perfect stayover!

A Wonderful Stay

Stayed for a quick weekend trip and the place was just as described - maybe better! It was clean, modern, and cute and included everything we needed. The location is perfect, with the interstate right down the street. The host was communicative and helpful. Thank you for a great weekend!

Nice and clean

It's small, but nice. The bathroom was particularly nice. Everything was clean and well kept. We didn't use the small yard space, but I noticed that the owner has provided bags for dog waste disposal. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Cute Place

This place was perfect for 3 adult people. It was clean and in a good location. Close to restaurants, stores and not far from the beach. If we travel to Virginia Beach again, we will definitely look at this place again.

Cozy and Convenient

Cozy and clean half of duplex. Walkable neighborhood was a bit noisy with lots of jet traffic from nearby base. Very convenient with lots of attractions, shops and restaurants minutes away. Pet friendly with fenced in yard. Check in was very easy. Host asked how stay was going and allowed a late checkout which was much appreciated.

Nothing matched what add said didn't stay went and got a hotel, the host mother stays in same house

Mother of host stay one door and bolt lock between you. Host is nice but his renter place is being misrepresented.

Tiny getaway near the beach

This was a beautiful home and I am glad the owner decided to share it with us. Away from the big city (approx 8 mins), and after a day of adventures, coming back to this home was relaxing. Being away from any disturbances, it was easy to either get work done or unwind after a long day. The kitchen is cute and tiny but had everything we needed to cook meals. The TV was also equipped with all the steaming services we typically used so that was a plus. I also loved how spacious the shower was! I would come here again if I ever visit the VB area!

Little misleading but clean stay

The rental is marked as “entire home” and technically it was the entire half of the home. Renovated duplex is not descriptive that other property owner may be home during your stay and there is a door with a deadbolt (but still could be opened) to the other half of the rental. Someone else is also living behind the rental (which is fine) but wish it had been disclosed. I would not say that it is a private lot at all and probably would not have rented due to the misleading title. HOWEVER it was overall very clean and cute finishing touches. We did not stay that long so it was perfect for our needs.
