This upper suite is a three bedroom self-contained unit in a single stand-alone home. It features a separate entrance, living room, kitchen, three queen bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower, the other with a tub/shower), and a washer and dryer on the main floor, all for your exclusive use. You can park in the front of the house or on a shared parking pad at the rear accessible via a back lane-way. There are a few steps to get to the main floor, which you can access through the front entrance or the rear entrance gate. The front house entrance is private for your exclusive use, and the fully fenced backyard is shared with the guest downstairs.
