Property was comfortable and well equipped. Renovation of unit was nicely done making for more modern comfort and conveniences. Definitely plan to stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay at this duplex, which is perfectly situated between many towns that we could visit. The home was very clean, the supplied Kuerig cups were a blessing the first morning. The host, Richard Davis, was communicative, and well-mannered, ensuring we were comfortable. We will rent here again the next time we visit the area.
Reserved place for four nights, was well pleased with interior furniture and decoration kitchen etc. Discovered the rug under bed in bedroom was soaking wet in places making it somewhat difficult to walk around room and bed could not see where water came from, also seemed to pop up in other areas round bed and into hall and kitchen. Reported to property manager and decided we could adjust and live with thinking tha tit might begin to dry. Over night seemed to increase and more water poping up , seemed to be seeping up through the floor. We reported to property manager said we would move out. Property manager came and examined ed situation. Make a long story short he offered one available place to move to, but that didn't work for us, eventually they decided to turn wate off until leak could be found and repaired. So we did follow through with moving out. Must give high marks of satisfaction to Richard local manger on site. He went beyond the second mile trying to help the situation with excellent communication and supportive skill. Would give him five stars plus.
