The view from the condo is absolutely beautiful.

The view from the condo is absolutely beautiful, and the property was quiet and relaxing during our off-season stay. The beds were comfortable, and we were able to get a good night's rest all nights there. We enjoyed listening to the sounds of the water & waves, and we were able to see people on the beach at night searching for ghost crabs. We also observed a pod of dolphins more than once during the week from the balcony!

Great time

We were very happy with our stay. The room was very clean and updated. We used the kitchen most nights and had most of what we needed supplied. Pools were well maintained and the grills worked great for our cookout. We only had to deal with the property managers before the stay and they were very pleasant. Would definitely recommend using Warren rentals and staying in this room at the aqua!

Check in and out very smooth plus notified condo was ready a little early. Condo was very clean and kitchen nicely equipped for cooking. Nice to have two beach chairs available, too.

Condo is beautiful just like the pictures, the king bed was very comfortable .The patio is bigger than most and had great lounge chairs to relax in, and take in the beautiful view. The manager was very easy to book with! We will be coming back !

Awesome view and great location!

Walking distance to pier Park with breathtaking view of the ocean. We had a great stay. The room was as described, clean and renovated. The patio was huge! The only downfall was the elevators were out of order multiple days of our say, but that is out of the control of the condo owner. It wasn’t a problem, just slightly annoying. Overall, a great experience and will book again!

The condo was perfect! The master with sliding glass door to the balcony was my favorite. I fell asleep to waves crashing each night. (I cracked the door) The bed was very comfy too. The 2nd bedroom was perfect for our 2 young sons to share. The trundle was even comfortable. Overall, 10 out of 10, highly recommend.

Nice room but….

The only codes we were provided were for the door and Wi-Fi. We were never given the parking, pool, or beach access codes and had to rely on security or other guests to obtain them.The room was just okay. The oven didn’t work, although the stovetop did, and the balcony door in the master bedroom wouldn’t lock

Beautiful condo with amazing view.

The condo was everything we expected. Perfect size for a two people or a couple with a small child (second bedroom, as listed, is very small). The washing machine was not in working order. A quick text to maintenance and they were there within the hour. The machine was older, so they opted to replace it instead of fixing it. We had the new machine the next day. I would definitely recommend this condo. Aqua is also very close to our favorite restaurant and Pier Park.

Great!!!! But.....

Everything was great when it comes to location, cleanliness, stylish, etc. But, we ran across a few issues. Nearly every time we went out onto the balcony, there was a STRONG odor of drugs (weed). Couldn't enjoy ourselves. And, the oven didn't work. Causing us to through away food. Sliding door in bedroom doesn't lock either. Also, paid for 2 parking passes and on July 4th evening, there were no parking spots for one of out cars. Very upsetting and disappointing.
