Cozy studio on 36 acres close to everything in Warwick
Chic guest studio located downstairs of our 1841 Farm house with a separate entrance and free parking for two cars. Large living /sleeping space with 1 King bed, lush black leather couches, Roku smart TV, WIFI and a gas fireplace. Beautiful full bathroom with walk in shower, heated mirror and custom bluestone counters. Kitchenette with 2 burner electric cooktop, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Outdoor lawn area with firepit, and outdoor chairs. Perfect location to explore Warwick! Walk in the door to the custom live edge slab kitchenette with full size kitchen sink. Bedroom and living area with comfortable carpet, gas fireplace, retractable tv, king size bed and black leather couches. Bathroom with custom bluestone counters, heated mirror and large walk in shower with finished bluestone seat. Shared outdoor space with firepit and seating. Park behind the house and enter through the red downstairs door under the deck. Keypad lock; code will be provided before your stay. A car is the best way to get around our area Located on a beautiful 36 acre property with walking trails and other sitting areas! Please be mindful if other guests are on the property and be courteous!
