Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure that all garbage bags are placed in front house bins
Make sure to leave house as organized and clean as it was recibe in your check in
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking will have a extra charge of cleaning of $500.00 dollar
Enjoying the property in a quiet mater will help our neighbors sleep well and maintain a family admosfier. Braking ruls may be subject to $500.00 fee
Pease don’t use towels to clean up face makeup.You will be charge for damage towels , bedsheets and stain in any clothing fund in our furniture.

Great stay while in Puerto Rico

We enjoyed our stay while in Puerto Rico. Safe area, among the locals. Communication with the host and check in/out process seamless. A 10-15 drive to San Juan.

Great trip!

Beautiful place ! In a quiet neighborhood. It is a drive from old San Juan but Ubers are cheap and they have a parking space if you have a car. Place was clean. I was able to get WiFi. Each of the bedrooms have an air conditioner. Main area is quite warm since it is the only room without air conditioner.
