Enjoy this calming retreat with open space and modern decor. Take a sip of coffee on the balcony relaxing to the country views. Stroll around the neighborhood to see the multiple ponds, take a dip in the pool and even spot Florida wildlife in this hidden gem. In fact, this neighborhood is host to 1 of 2 American Bald Eagles nests in the state of Florida!
The space
There is a full kitchen with utensils, plates, pots & pans. Desk for office work. Balcony with a relaxing country view. The house has board games for family fun and also books for relaxing reads.
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire home. There is laundry for use. I have fresh, clean linen and towels. There are beach towels, chairs & coolers for your beach adventures. There is a hose outside of the home to rinse down as well. Guest will have access to HULU & Netflix.

There is one space for parking and extra parking in spots around the community.
