PET FRIENDLY! This charming two bedroom, one bath cottage offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with lots of natural light and a well-designed floor plan. As you enter the cottage, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room that features comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and offers plenty of cabinet space. The bedrooms are spacious and bright, providing comfortable sleeping quarters for up to six people. The bathroom has been tastefully designed with modern fixtures and finishes, and features a walk-in shower. There is a washer and dryer in the cottage for your use. In addition, the home includes a cozy front porch area, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening adult beverage. Situated in a desirable location, just 13 miles south to the beautiful white-sand beaches of South Walton, this cottage is conveniently located near shopping, dining and entertainment options. Use of Riverwalk Landing clubhouse, pool and all amenities included. With its thoughtful amenities and prime location, this cottage offers a truly exceptional vacation experience. Upon arrival the cottage was very clean, cozy, and just what we needed. Our family really enjoyed the location and the amenities. Perfect for our stay and we will definitely be back!

Cottage was very clean and quiet. However, it had not been restocked with toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing or dishwasher detergent, clothes detergent. There were no hangers at all and no binder with pertinent information. Rani was great, though, and delivered all items within 15 minutes! Also, not a single room looked like the photos online, so sitting at a high-top table/chairs was very difficult for us. The couch was so soft we had to sit on 2-3 pillows. The bed in the 2nd room was literally painful to have to climb over the wooden sides. The "master" bed was very comfortable so we slept well.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was excellent—close to restaurants, shops, and everything we needed. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing well.That said, the stay was impacted by a crew of painters working on the property during our time there. The noise and activity were pretty disruptive at times, especially in the mornings, and it made it harder to fully relax and enjoy the space. It would’ve been helpful to know about this in advance.Despite that, the home itself was great, and we’d definitely consider coming back in the future—ideally when all the work is done.
