Ideally located waterfront property with a private 50 foot dock to tie up your boats/jetskis. Huge fully gated patio with fans, shade, lounge chairs and BBQ. Large open living area with 60" TV, pool table and family style dining table. Upgraded kitchen with new appliances.
3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 2 CalKing beds and 2 queen beds. 1 covered carport and 2 additional parking spaces on the property.

Enjoy the water views as you walk inside the house. The main living area has a perfect open floor plan where you can enjoy the water views, play pool, cook, eat and watch TV with your family and friends.
The huge patio has plenty of seating with patio chairs, 2 chaise lounges and an outdoor dining table. Also features a propane BBQ near the patio door and close to the kitchen.
The large kitchen has plenty of storage for all of your food and drinks. Comes fully stocked with coffee maker, cookware, BBQ tools, food storage containers, toaster, blender, dishes, cups, mugs and utensils.
The master bedroom features a CalKing bed, futon, closet and an attached full bathroom. The second bedroom has a CalKing bed and a closet and the third bedroom has 2 queen beds and a closet.
3 parking spaces in front of the house, one of which is covered in the carport.

The setup and layout of the house was great but there were cobwebs and spiders all over. Inside and out. After we cleaned up it was an amazing weekend and location. I would definitely stay there again. The doors need new seals as you can see daylight through the edges.

Great Retreat!

This is a wonderful house for a river vacation! Easy access to the boat launch, a great house for teens to be entertained, clean and spacious. Brett was a wonderful host and great with communication. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Details for future renters

House was a nice place to stay. I just wish the owner will have been a little more flexible with the inside temperature of the house. Trying to get cooled off after being out all day in a 90 plus degree weather and returning to a 75 temperature was not a nice experience. Even keeping the curtains and blinds closed didn't make the house any cooler. A little heads up of what to bring to the house if host is not providing them for our stay, will have been nice. i.e. Trash bags (Only two were provided), toilet paper (two rolls not enough when you have teenagers), ice water (no refrigerator water dispenser) and due to the hot temperature outside, water was too hot to drink from the faucet. Again, I have no problem bringing what we need, just a little heads up of what is not provided would have been nice. Not having a trash bin outside the house to place daily trash bags, was also an inconvenience. We had to drive to the main dumpster to take the trash so the house wouldn't smell. Nice house but will not be returning to his river house.
