Tropical escape -Beach Block 12 Bedroom 5 Bathrooms, fenced in yard HUGE HOUSE!!

Seaside Heighrs prime location-Beach block. We take pride in our home. This home has been in our family for a very long time. We welcome all large groups/family reunions, Church, weddings, , graduation, bachelor/bachelorette parties
For Prom/ graduation events young adults
April, May and June, our rates are per person a night.
Weekdays- 2 nights $70per person a night
Weekends- $100per person a night - Holliday$125.00

There is a $75.per person cash security deposit on arrival. For prom groupsSecurity deposit will be refunded within seven days after check out.3rd floor loft connects to second floor for additional cost. Must request

Steve and Joanne are the best! From communication beforehand to afterward and everywhere in between, they were proactive and met our every need. I took a group of 28 teens on a church beach retreat and we had ample room to sleep as well as meet, indoors and outdoors. The area was quiet and comfortable. There was enough parking for two vans, two cars, and a trailer, with room to spare. If our teens choose Seaside Heights again, this will be the first place we inquire about availability!
