CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

We really enjoyed our stay in sunswept 404 Great location close to restaurants and shops View was amazing Liquid life employee was awesome with quick response to text and helpful info The only issue was they was a little late on letting us check in but that was really the only complaint I would definitely stay at 404 again

Great Mini-Vacation Spot for Two

This is a nice property with an ocean view. it was perfect for two people but may accommodate more. We enjoyed morning and evening walks on the beach, sitting on the private balcony, swimming in the pool, and close proximity to restaurants and shopping. The condo had everything we needed. We did not cook but enjoyed the drip and pod coffee makers. The half bath was convenient. Everything at the property seemed secure and well kept. We loved Orange Beach and would return and stay in the property again.

Great location, beautifully decorated, great complex. Price was great! Communication was awesome. Check in was an hour after the time communicated. When we called they stated that check in started at 3pm but couldn’t tell us when we could get in.

We were very disappointed with the condition of the condo. We rent properties very often. This unit is in dire need of updating. The furniture was dirty and needing cleaned. The corners and baseboards were filthy, especially in the bath. The kitchen mirror was loose and resting on the counter. Some of the fixtures were terribly crooked. The bed seems to have a very thick topper which you sink many inches into. More...more..... Everything in the unit works well. Check-in was easy. And it was quiet. Location and beach access was great. If you don't care what shape the condo is in then it may be a good choice for you . Thats our honest review. We will look elsewhere next time.

This condo was clean, updated and close to everything. It was just fine for a couple. Any more than that and it would have been a bit tight. The balcony could have used another couple chairs There was 1 small table and 2 small chairs. Really nowhere else then to hang your swim suits on Overall it was good though

Nice condo for two, great location

The communication with the rental agency was excellent. The condo was just as described. Ample parking. Great location. We could walk to grocery store, liquor store and restaurants. Fast elevators. Beach service right in front of the condo. Pool was large and deep. We liked that. Bed was comfortable. Appreciated that there was a half bath in addition to the main bathroom. That was convenient. We would stay here again. Perfect for two people. The floor was a little sandy but hey you are at the beach. If you don’t like sand, go to the mountains.
