2 Bedroom River Front Condo

Sleep right next to the Manistee River Channel and watch the sailboats and freighters float by. Easy walking to the downtown area or the Lake Michigan Beaches. Many restaurants and shops a few steps away! Easy access to US-31 and to Leelanau and Traverse City. Lots of local golf, hiking, skiiing, fishing, ect. 5th Avenue Beach and 1st Street Beach on Lake Michigan are close-by as well as the Little River Casino. Come check out what Northern Michigan is all about!


ARRIVAL: Easy self check-in. The instructions will be sent to your email the day before you arrive. It will include parking and entry information. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests.

DEPARTURE: We do ask that guests leave the property tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly.

Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy. A booking agreement and refundable deposit will be collected at the time of booking.

Scenic view

We enjoyed the view of the waterway from the patio and master bedroom. The location was walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our stay was very comfortable. Loved visiting both local beaches.

We loved this condo in Manistee. The design of the unit is spacious and beautiful. The view was spectacular and we were treated to a freighter coming down the channel and then departing later. It was amazing!!! The bed was very comfortable and we loved the bedding. The furniture in the living area was comfortable too. The kitchen is top notch and had everything we needed. We loved the coffee! The unit is also right downtown. It was so easy to get everywhere we needed to go. We loved have a parking spot. We were in town for the Sleighbell parade and festivities . It’s is literally like a Hallmark movie. We did many of the activities and had a blast. We especially loved the Murder Mystery and Festival of Trees. We had a great time at Third Life Brewing, North Channel, TJs and Golden Stag. Also, the host was very easy to contact and had great recommendations, like making reservations early. We would definitely stay here again!

Vacation Oasis

A wonderful place to stay! It was quiet, lots of space, amazing view from the patio and close to everything! The memory foam mattresses were super comfy, the kitchen was fully equipped. Communication with Corinn was seamless. I would definitely recommend this place. A 10/10!!

Perfect location in Manistee

This condo is nicely appointed and in a great Manistee location. The condo is just far enough away from crowds to be quiet but just steps from downtown shops and restaurants. We loved being close to the Riverwalk and walking all the way to 1st street beach. The canal is great for boat watching and it's so nice to wake up to water right outside your back door! We'll be back for certain.

A wonderful getaway - close to many places

What a clean, beautiful condo. Yes it is down a flight of stairs with no elevator, but that is clearly stated in the listing. Lovely view of the channel allows you to watch the boats go by. Lovely walk to the beach via streets or river walk! Great restaurants close by, two breweries - loads of history. Biking lanes all around. Reasonable drive to Ludington, Frankfort, hiking trails and more. The condo had everything you needed! We were only two people so having one bathroom was fine, but If there were more people or two couples, the bathroom situation would be difficult. Great communication with Corinn, would definitely consider staying here again!

The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. and a drip coffee maker is available for guest use. Additional kitchen items include dishwasher, ice maker, blender, and toaster. Also included: bed linens, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, iron/ironing board, and a starter set of paper products.

LOCATION: The condo is centrally located in downtown Manistee with easy access to River Street and the downtown food and shopping. You can drive to a Lake Michigan Beach in minutes… or hop on the River Walk and take a long walk to First Street Beach.

PARKING: There is a parking lot to the rear of the building and you will have one designated parking spot. Additional parking is available in the public lot across the street. The building does have secure security doors and the access code is provided 24 hours prior to check in.

Check in time is after 4:00PM and check out time is before 10:00AM. Any request for late check out or early check in will depend on availability of the rental and an additional fee may be added to the stay.
