Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure the BBQ, pizza oven, and fire-table are fully turned off.
If you moved any outdoor furniture during your stay, please return it to the original place.
Please ensure the hot tub cover is fully closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours for the County are between 10 pm and 8 am.
Absolutely no bookings over the maximum of 8 guests. Reservations will be immediately cancelled if there are more then 8 guests on the property.

It was good little get away to Joshua Tree! The amount of amenities were nice and everything was clean and ready for our arrival.

the place was nice, and as described. the pool was nice, though it was too cold to use, but the hot tub was pleasant. We also enjoyed the pizza oven and grill, and our daughter enjoyed the toy chest and arcade-style pacman game!

Hot tub was great, property was peaceful, we saw some stars and even a several meteors while sitting out back at night. The only thing I'd change has nothing to do with the property, the roads to get to the property were a little rough. Make sure you have good tires and suspension. 5 stars.
