All the fine details have been considered for your enjoyable stay. The cottage offers 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, full kitchen, and living room. There is a large covered front porch with rocking chairs. Also, there is a large covered back porch with an outdoor table and seating to enjoy those outdoor meals. One of the most stunning features of the property is the courtyard with a small vineyard. A flagstone walkway from the cottage leads to a covered pavilion. Also located in the courtyard is a fire pit area with seating, horseshoe pit, cornhole game, grape vineyard, berry bushes, and many other fruit trees. Seating is provided in the pavilion which allows friends and family to sit back and relax in the peaceful vineyard setting. Guest can enjoy any fruit that is in season during their stay and firewood is provided for the fire pit. ***No parties or large gatherings of more than 6 people are allowed at the cottage unless approved.****
