Perched atop our 4 acres in Florissant CO on a cul-de-sac for peaceful relaxation, there's room for four adults or 3 adults and one child in the queen master bedroom and second bedroom with 1 twin bed and double bed. The double bed in the 2nd bedroom can also be used as a dinette that seats 4 or a quiet location to get some work done. Outdoor picnic table and tabletop BBQ grill with propane. We allow one small, non-shedding dog and smoking is allowed outside only. Dog must be leashed whenever outside.

There is also a 2000 sf cabin on the property that we sometimes rent out but it is plenty far enough away that you'll have more privacy than if you were in an RV park. The location is about 5 miles outside of the center of Florissant. You'll go about three miles on a paved road, then two miles on a county-maintained dirt road.

We close for the season on October 16. We may have to close sooner if the weather turns too cold. 100% refund if we have to close for weather. We should know at least 7 days in advance.
