Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, thoughtfully designed to feel like a modern resort. Perfect for families or friends, or people working in the area, this beautiful home offers ample room for everyone to enjoy their getaway.

-Entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house.
-Primary Bedroom: Features a comfortable queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom.
-Two Guest Bedrooms: Each furnished with a comfortable queen bed and one bedroom with tv inside room.

Living & Work:
-Unwind in the cozy living room with comfortable leather furniture, a warm indoor fireplace, and a 55-inch TV with Netflix for memorable movie nights.

-The fully equipped kitchen includes:
* an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, dishes, silverware, glasses, cups, bowls, Keurig Coffee Machine

-Enjoy casual meals at the breakfast table for two or gather in the separate dining room.

The host were wonderful. We had a problem with the air conitioner and they got right on it and it was fixed within the hour. Amazing! They are great with communication. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Clean and comfortable, under equipped kitchen and charged me more than listed for

The house is nice and has nice comfortable furniture, but the kitchen is pretty poorly equipped for cooking (not much in the way of dishes, utensils, etc). I booked and paid for the house and then prior to our stay I was contacted by the owner saying she didn't know how I was able to get the price I did and then sent me another bill for more money.

Wonderful home Clean, very comfortable, especially the recliners! Wonderful location to anything you wanted to do. We love Lake Placid BEWARE: HOST We were charged $27.00 for some furniture repair stuff because we left a white spot on her table!! We were very careful and used a towel but it happened anyway. She didn’t provide placemats! We also had to buy toilet paper and paper towels, ran out of trash bags! We loved the house but a difficult Host to deal with. Be prepared if you rent this house! Melanie. I’m sorry you took it personally. The table was new and also there are table mats in the kitchen drawers. Also, as stated in the listing, I provide toilet paper paper towel garbage bags. Once it’s used, the customer covers it. You stay for over 3 weeks.
