The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please clean your fish/game out side. Put bagged entrails, feathers in the outdoor trash barrels. You may wash, package your game inside.
Please adjust heating/cooling/lights when gone from the home, helps us keep your cost down.
We allow pets, a limit of 2 and they need to be kenneled in the porch. A $200 charge for dog hair found on furniture, bedding, or in the vacuum canister will be applied.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets must be kenneld and in the porch only. And their waste collected and disposed of properly ( in plastic bags in outdoor garbage container)
Clean your game/fish outside. Bag entrails, feathers etc... and place in the outdoor garbage barrels. You nay wash, package and freeze inside.

Carl and Carla went above and beyond to make our stay in Platte feel like home. They were so hospitable, personal, and accommodating to our family’s needs—from having the house perfectly cooled when we arrived, to checking in to see if we needed anything during our stay. Great place in a great town!

Owner was very helpful, kind & responsive in regards to our stay, needs & any questions we had. It was great to have the big island/table in the kitchen to prepare food for a family get together. The owner had everything we needed to prepare the meal. We loved the furnishings & colors in the house & the beds were comfortable. Our family enjoyed walking to our events in Platte.

Would definitely stay there again. Very clean, beds were good, nice kitchen, easy access . One small problem, the address on the website was 114, the correct address is 111. Took a bit to figure where it was as we were coming in at night.

Weekend trip

It was a nice, clean, and comfortable place. There were 3 of us and we all had our own room. The location was convenient and we had no complaints about the lodging. Comfortable living room to relax and watch some television in the evening and plenty of availability in the kitchen to cook/grill meals, if you choose to.

Cute house in nice area!

My family and I stayed here as a halfway point back home, and the house was very clean and well stocked. There was plenty of room for all of us, and the beds were comfortable! There are window a/c units that made the home comfortably cool, and plenty of space in the yard for our dog to run around. Karla was very helpful, and made check in/out simple. We didnt have much time to spend in town, unfortunately, but it looked nice on our way out! Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!
