Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Seems that no one had stayed there in a while because there was spider webs and dust everywhere. No TV in the bedrooms. Other than that it was a nice place
Place was exactly as described. Cozy, clean and well kept. Would certainly recommend. Owner we easy to communicate with and quick responses. Thanks so much!
Thoroughly enjoyed our time in this nice vintage home. Would book again if in the Hattiesburg area.

The property was very nice and the location was convenient. There was a couple of problems that were difficult to ignore. The water tank in the coffee pot was coated in old grounds, i was able to clean it so not that big of a deal. The refrigerator was clean but had a horrible odor. Smelled of seafood. The refrigerator was clean, but the smell hots you in the face when you open it. There was a strong sewer gas smell coming from the downstairs bathrooms and water was very slow to drain. I had to leave the fans on while i was there and keep the bathroom doors closed. I had to leave 2 days early because my mom had a heart attack. I advised the owner of an emergency and told him that i had to leave 2 days early. He wouldn't respond to any more of my communications nor adjusted from 6 days to 4 days. I assume it is because he wouldn't, but he could have responded.
Old charmer, very comfortable for our family to stay during Graduation. Close to University. Rained the whole time, did enjoy the covered porch. Clean and as pictured on website. Would stay again.
We had the best weekend! College friends coming together for a USM sorority reunion. This house was close to campus and perfect size to accommodate us. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. Plus close to Shipley’s doughnuts!! The hosts have an adorable home. If in Hattiesburg, definitely book it!
We selected this property because of proximity to grandson’s wedding venue. This house provided the bedrooms and baths we needed for our family group as we got ready for wedding festivities. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and bath, perfect for three granddaughters. Comfortable decor, kitchen with ample cookware and dinnerware, and several ‘relaxing’ spaces.
Very happy with the property. Especially the pull out bed for my two year old that hadn't been out of a crib before, super happy to have found that. Everything in the house worked well and it was a nice stay for our T-ball getaway.
“Old world charm” accurately describes this property. A comfortable house for six adults and two children in a quaint neighborhood near everything. A great weekend visit to my old hometown. I would gladly stay here again.
We stayed here while having to cook a dinner for a large crowd to serve at a venue. Location was great, near grocery stores, very clean and spacious. I found the kitchen to be well stocked with high end items. Would definitely stay here again.
Lovely home. Nice amenities overall. Plenty of space for working and spreading out. Very nice kitchen, bed and bathroom accommodations. Some air regulating fluctuations made the temperature vary from room to room in very cold temperatures outside, but there were other amenities that helped. We felt safe and secure and nicely located to get to restaurants and other shopping needs.
This home is very comfortable, spacious and perfectly located close to USM and downtown. The beds were very comfortable as well. We stayed here with family for my son's graduation. It had all the amenities we needed! The owner was extremely helpful and very responsive. I highly recommend!
