- Quiet hours 9 PM to 7 AM per county regulations; no outdoor amplified sound
- Maximum 8 overnight guests; total guests including daytime visitors not to exceed 14 per county regulations
- Signed rental agreement required within 48 hours of booking; Pool/spa waiver required for guests under 18
- For security purposes, outdoor security cameras are located by the gate and entry doors (no interior cameras)

This is by far the Best VRBO experience I’ve ever had. The house and grounds were even more beautiful than the description. It was like a resort with the beautiful plantings, pool, patio areas and surrounded by fruit and olive trees. The bedrooms, kitchen and two living room areas gave us room to spread out and have social and quiet times. I hope we can return at some point. What an amazing place!!

Beautiful property - the pictures don't do it justice

We had a wonderful time at Ed's house. The house is beautiful, well appointed, and the grounds are stunning. Wandering around with a cup of coffee in the morning was pure bliss. And we really appreciated the many different seating areas on the property which fit every mood and weather. The location is great, close to Healdsburg, but far enough to be peaceful. We didn't want to leave.

Enjoyed the property, lovely pool and great landscaping, brand-new kitchen and patio area. Slightly dated second bathroom, but overall a very large, impressive, and well maintained quiet property just a few miles from the center of Healdsburg.

Best amenities ever

We were so impressed with this property, all the amenities and all the appointments. Firstly, the property has everything anyone would ever need. The pool and the hot tub are very much welcome, the large yard with all the fruit trees is a real bonus and the location is really ideal. It’s quite peaceful. The kitchen and the grill were really unexpectedly well appointed. People say their houses have everything Cook would need, but this house really has everything one could need. We ended up cooking at home more than we ate out because it was so comfortable and had everything there that one would want to cook at home. The owner has thought of everything And giving such clear instructions about the pool, the spa, the shades, the TV, the Sonos, was really appreciated. The location of the two sitting areas was nice as it gave us options, depending on what we were doing. All in all, we were extremely happy

Private Retreat

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time staying in Ed's beautiful home. It was fun seeing the animals on the surrounding properties. The landscaping/gardens were terrific. There was plenty of activities to do at the home (i.e. pool/spa, basketball, table tennis, horseshoes) when you got home from visiting vineyards. No doubt we will be back in the future! Ed, your home was everything we could have asked for. Thanks.

Exceptionally well-appointed, private getaway

This property is really well appointed, especially for families. There's a perfect grassy pitch for frisbee or catch, tons of sports equipment provided, and of course the pool and hot tub. I loved going for runs on the country roads where neighbors in pickups and Teslas all wave. The sound system and Sonos were exceptional compared to other properties and I loved that there were a variety of phone power cables and clocks at every bedside. The kitchen had the right amount of helpful supplies like olive oil, ketchup, and spices. The gardens and hillside were gorgeous and we could hear the frogs at night. The only downside was one of the country roads being gravel and kicking up dust - and watch out for some intense speed bumps! It's still just a 10-minute drive to downtown Healdsburg but is truly private. This property has all the amenities and is thoughtfully managed - highly recommend!

Perfect Location to Experience Peace

We booked this trip with friends a year out, and we got lucky with finding such a gem of a location. The property is nestled in a little, private valley surrounded by cattle farms, horses, and tall trees that host a lot of birds. You can stay here and not see another human the entire time. Or you can head into Healdsburg or Windsor for shopping, dinner or fun activities very quickly. It's nestled in the perfect spot for enjoying multiple valleys with distinct wineries. The house itself is awesome. The rooms were well-sized and there were enough bathrooms to not have any conflicts. The kitchen has just about everything you need (drip coffee, not espresso though. But there is a frother.) We spent most of our time in the kitchen/dining area and outside adjacent patio enjoying the pool & hot tub. The landscaping is just breathtaking. There are so many birds and hummingbirds zooming around. You can watch raptors circling nearby. And the resident cat, Cocoa will greet you almost immediately upon arrival. It was so relaxing laying outside under an umbrella just watching the birds & enjoying the serenity of nature. This house is perfect for a family getaway or a friend getaway. I highly recommend it and we're looking forward to returning again!

One of the best houses we have ever rented!

One of the best houses we have ever rented! When it comes to creating a great guest experience, Ed the owner has thought of everything. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary pots, pans, and small appliances to prepare gourmet meals. There is sufficient dinnerware and silverware to go around, as well as excellent wine glasses. Usually when we travel we have to bring many kitchen items because rental houses lack many essentials, but this house also had some great spices in the kitchen and fresh herbs in the garden just outside. We were delighted that there was a charging station at the doorway for our guests to recharge their mobile devices. Outside speakers were provided by the pool/hot tub so that we could listen to music while enjoying the beautiful, well-maintained grounds. It was also very helpful to have the instructions that are left in the house, as they provide all the information necessary to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We look forward to returning and seeing Cocoa, the friendliest cat, greet us again

Perfect Weekend Getaway

A group of friends stayed here over a long weekend. Perfect location for our Alexander valley and Dry creek valley, winery visits. Easy to get to Healdsburg and Windsor dinning. Would 100% stay here again. Host was extremely responsive when we had a blown circuit issue.

Great Thanksgiving weekend!

We really enjoyed coming back again. We used to rent from Ed years ago. The pool and hot tub are a nice addition. Very clean, well supplied and stocked. It’s a real home, not an empty VRBO place. Looking forward to another trip.

Perfect!!!!! We loved every second.

Ideal outdoor setting.

The outdoor space, with the pool, deck, fire pit, and we’ll manicured landscaping and garden, is phenomenal. You really have no need to go inside. But if you do, the house is spacious and well appointed with everything you need. Location is just a few miles from downtown Healdsburg and 15 mins from many amazing wineries.
