3 Bed, 2.5 bath upscale modern condo right on the beach! 3 Private balconies, 2 with beach view to enjoy daily sunrises and one with a view of the Corpus Christi bay to experience gorgeous sunsets. Primary bedroom has a king bed, full bathroom and closet. Guest rooms are spacious, one with a king bed the other has a queen bed. The guest bathroom is directly across the hall from the guest bedrooms. There is a half bath off the entry hallway. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooktop, full size washer & dryer, toaster, blender, cookware and many utensils. The unit has tv's in each bedroom and one in the living room. The property has a large, heated swimming pool and hot tub. This condo is on Mustang Island and is just minutes from Port Aransas and Corpus Christi where you can enjoy fun activities, wonderful restaurants and unique places to shop!
