Hip, Bright and Spacious Silver Lake / East Hollywood Apartment

We are a couple traveling in the month of June and are renting out our beloved apartment. Available May 26-July 5 but open to someone who wants to start June 1. The apartment is 3 bd/2.5 bath; two bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom is a secluded office space. Great for families or friends!

- Living room: lots of plant life, a record player, Roku with all streaming services and lots of natural light
- Exhibition kitchen stocked with everything cooking and dishware-wise, with dishwasher and four comfortable bar stools
- Primary bedroom with queen bed and en suite bathroom (pictures avail upon request)
- 2nd bedroom with queen bed
- Office with desk in 3rd bedroom (pictures avail upon request)
- W/D in unit, A/C & Heat in each room
- Front patio with bistro seating
- 1 off-street parking space available

East Hollywood area
1 block away from Red Line Metro
2 blocks away from Saffy's and Found Oyster, 5 blocks away from Von's
15 min walking to Silverlake Junction, Los Feliz

Rent includes all utilities and a professional clean. No pets or indoor smoking allowed.

We love our neighborhood and feel this is a perfect place to land if you are just moving to LA, here for a program or internship with family or a friend, or need a creatively inspired month long reprieve.
