Cute one bedroom condo in the lakes region!

Loved this cute little condo, the resort had lots of amenities, and the location was great for lakeside attractions and the BankNH Pavilion!

The Dust ball review

The unit was very dusty. The lights,fans tvs were all covered in dust. There was a laundry hamper full of dirty linens. I sent numerous pictures to management and the response was always we will contact you shortly. Well I did not get a response all weekend. Very poor management overall it was not an enjoyable weekend stay.

This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide to our valued guests. Rest assured, we have taken your comments seriously and have addressed the matter with our cleaning crew to ensure this is an isolated incident. We have reminded our team that dusting the units is vital at every clean and needs to be reported when it entails vents/fans that need to be taken apart. The extra linens in the home have been organized and placed in the closet. We hope that the compensation you were provided for this incident shows our intention to make things right. We hope that you will give us another opportunity to provide you with a much-improved experience in the future.
