Located perfectly on the westside just a short walk to the zoo and coffee shops or a short drive to the market and popular restaurants. Only 1100 sq ft but comfortably sleeps 8 people with main floor bedroom queen room with 3 more bedrooms upstairs. We had a great stay at this home in Grand Rapids! The place was very clean, in a fantastic location, and you can really tell there was thoughtful attention to detail throughout.One thing we especially appreciated was the abundance of USB ports and charging stations in many of the rooms,such a convenient and unexpected bonus.Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend it to others!

This was a very cute place in a convenient location to everything we wanted to do. I wish it would’ve been clearly noted that one of the twin beds was a trundle. The check in process was easy and the snacks were a nice bonus.

Family vacation

We stayed here over July 4th weekend. The house was perfect. The beds are comfortable. The host has this place ready to start a vacation. Snacks, bottled water in the fridge, and coffee were available. It is decorated really cute.The only thing I would like to have seen was a grill. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Our stay was great, easily the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on in any rental. Tracey was an amazing host letting us check in early and check out late. If we ever make it make to GR we’ll be staying here again.

Great location and perfectly fit our needs

We had a group of 5 gather for a girls weekend out in Grand Rapids. This location was perfect-- easy to get to downtown, cozy and comfortable. It fit our needs perfectly. The home was clean and very welcoming. We loved our stay here and would happily return.
