Golf Trip

House was perfect for our guys golf trip! Scottsdale has the best Golf Courses, Restaurants, and NightLife I have ever traveled too. The house was exactly as advertised and we will be back every year!!

Family friendly

We had a Wonderful stay. Bryan promptly answered all of our questions. There was servicing done while we were there and they were prompt and didn’t disrupt our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Getaway!

Clean and spacious for the family including our pets. The kids enjoyed the pool, and even did some barbecuing, perfect for Arizona hot weather. If we're ever back in Arizona we'll probably book it again.

30th Birthday Trip

Booked this for my son's 30th birthday. Place was close to downtown Scottsdale and perfect for the weekend stay. Host was very responsive - especially regarding our various check in and check in time. Would stay again. :)

Great spot to chill with family

A bit bumpy at first, but host corrected immediately. We spent majority of our time in the backyard playing in the pool, putting on the green, eating & laughing at the table.

Great stay in Scottsdale

We had a group of 5 guys for a little golf and baseball. The house was spacious, the backyard was nice and the heated pool was a good spot to cool down. It was an easy walk to Scottsdale stadium and the homeowner was extremely timely in their responses. Would definitely book again.

Getaway

Nice place to enjoy a bbq and a pool. Close to grocery stores and park. Brian communicated very well. Older home but everything was cleaned. Their was coffee available made it nice in the morning. Beds were cleaned and restrooms were cleaned.

A nice stay (with a caveat)

The property suited our purposes nicely. The location was great, very convenient, and was surprisingly quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable, and although the weather wasn't particularly cooperative when we were there the outside area was a great addition. My only negative (and a major negative from three solo women travelers) is that the entry doors and locks were flimsy - 60+years-old me could have easily broken through any of the doors with one good shove. We would definitely consider staying here again but only if the doors and locks were upgraded.

House was good enough

Everything listed is there but just not functional. Some of the amenities could use a refurbish. The house itself is smaller than the pictures let off. Other than that location is prime, owner is cool and understandable and very communicative. Overall great experience but i was in great company.

We stayed at this property with a large group, and overall it worked well for our needs. There were plenty of beds, which made it comfortable and convenient for everyone. The beds were comfortable and had great sheets, which we really appreciated. The cleaning staff had the house acceptably cleaned upon arrival, and we especially enjoyed the shuffleboard.That said, the property could use some updates and maintenance. Many of the pool chairs were torn or broken, which made the pool area less enjoyable than it could have been. The kitchen had limited, well-used cookware, so preparing meals for a larger group was a bit challenging. The house and pool area would benefit from a fresh coat of paint, and we noticed rusty light fixtures and shelving in the bathrooms that likely need to be replaced. Where things had been painted it was poorly done. There were also several maintenance issues: one bathroom door would hardly close, the rubber seal under the front door was halfway gone and you could see daylight through it, and a ceiling vent was falling out. The toilet paper provided was very low quality, and some bathrooms were missing toilet paper holders. With some repairs, replacements, and updates, this property could be a great spot for group stays.

Felt a little dirty

Overall our stay was nice. The neighborhood felt safe and location was close to everything we needed. There were plenty of toiletries and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was heated and warm for kids to swim. House could definitely use some updates and was not very clean. Multiple handles were wiggly and difficult to lock. Multiple windows do not lock at all, which when you are staying in a different state and city it's important for that added sense of safety. There is mold around the main bathroom window and some starting on the ceiling. There was garbage found under the couch and behind the trash can. The doors and trim in the house were all very dirty and worn. You can definitely tell this location is used solely for rental purposes and is not very well maintained.
